Terms & Conditions


RESERVATIONS/PAYMENTS: To secure reservations for most packages, a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be submitted to All Seasons Sports Travel. The balance of your tour package is due on or before the final payment date. Reservations requested within final payment date will require full payment. Travel packages which include air may require additional deposits.

PAYMENT RULES: All payments are to be made by cash, credit card, or check.  Payments that are more than 7 days in arrears are subject to immediate cancellation of the entire invoice with no refund.

SPECIAL EVENTS: Certain travel packages we offer for SEC Football Championships, Bowl Games, NCAA/NIT Basketball Tournament, and other special events including some away football packages may require payment and cancellation terms that vary from our standard payment and cancellation terms. Final payment is due at least 60 days prior to travel date for special events.

CANCELLATIONS: After final payment no refund will be given unless package is resold. Non-refundable deposit is still forfeited if package is resold. All cancellations must be reported in writing to All Seasons Sports Travel. Cancellations of an air inclusive package will forfeit nonrefundable air portion plus $100 non-refundable per person deposit if cancelled before final payment. After final payment the package is 100% non-refundable. Cancellation policy does vary for “Special Events.” These refunds constitute the only liability on the part of the Travel Agency in connection with such cancellations. No reduction in fare and/or partial refunds can be granted to passengers deviating from the itinerary of the trip. All airline tickets are non‐refundable and require instant purchase. In the case of a cancellation, all travel documents, if issued, must be returned to All Seasons Sports Travel prior to any refund being issued.  Refunds shall not be given for unused travel services or any portion thereof.  If cancellation by one or more travelers alters the room requirements of the remaining travelers, travelers still traveling may be required to pay a revised rate.

We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies.  We request that you consider purchasing travel protection.  Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, acts of God, terrorism, civil unrest, personal or medical emergencies.

NAME CHANGES: Name changes must be submitted in writing and will incur a $50 per person change penalty after final payment date. Changes between 14 days and 2 days prior to the travel date will incur a $100 change fee. Special Event packages incur a $100 fee plus applicable airline penalties regardless of date of change. Name changes are not allowed on commercial airline tickets. Re-sale of all All Seasons Sports Travel packages is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of All Seasons Sports Travel.

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY: The Travel Agency has made arrangements for accommodations and services furnished in connection with the tour. The Travel Agency shall be responsible to the tour members as set forth in the brochure, except to the extent such services and accommodations cannot be supplied due to delays, or other causes beyond the control of the Travel Agency. In the event the services and accommodations cannot be provided due to the above reasons or the tour operator amends the itinerary and/or accommodation after the tour has commenced, if it is determined to be in the best interest of participants, or in the event services are not used due to voluntary omission by the tour participants, refund will not be granted. THE TOUR MEMBER WAIVES ANY CLAIM AGAINST THE TRAVEL AGENCY IN THE ABSENCE OF NEGLIGENCE ON ITS PART FOR ANY DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY OR INJURY TO OR DEATH OF PERSON DUE TO ANY ACT OF NEGLIGENCE OF ANY HOTEL OR ANY OTHER PERSON RENDERING ANY OF THE SERVICES AND ACCOMMODATIONS IN THE GROUND PORTION OF THE ITINERARY. The Travel Agency shall not be responsible for any delays, substitution of equipment or any act or omission whatsoever by the carrier, its agents, servants and employees and tour members waive any claim against the Travel Agency arising there from. All services, transportation and accommodations (the “services”) provided are furnished by independent contractors over which we exercise no control. The Travel Agency makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding any such services. The Travel Agency shall not be responsible in any way for the loss or damage to members’ baggage. The liability of the carrier for loss or damage to personal baggage shall be limited to the actual value of such baggage but not more than $750.00 per passenger unless a higher value has been declared with respect thereto and additional payment made in accordance with the carrier’s applicable tariff. The Travel Agency reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any members as a participant of these tours at any time. If any tour member is removed from the tour, no proportionate refund for unused‐used services shall be made.

TOUR PRICES: The tour price quoted herein is based upon current rates of exchange and the carriers’ current tariffs. Further extraordinary fluctuations in the carriers’ tariffs could cause the tour price to increase prior to departure. ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: Traveler agrees to be responsible for all charges not covered by the package price including but not limited to food, drinks, phone, internet and parking.  Hotels will require a credit card at check-in to cover incidental charges.  Rooms are not guaranteed prior to check-in time.  Accommodations for luggage prior to check-in may be made through the bell station.  All Seasons Sports Travel reserves the right to substitute confirmed hotels with comparable accommodations at either their own or the hotel`s discretion.

GAME TICKETS: Package prices do not include game tickets, but they can be purchased for an additional cost. A limited number of game tickets are available. To purchase a ticket, either a non-refundable ticket deposit or the full amount of the ticket price, if known, is due upon booking. The number of tickets cannot exceed number of participants. Unless stated otherwise, All Seasons Sports Travel is not and does not hold itself out to be a ticket broker for the events in any travel package.  Upon payment of the tour deposit and the event ticket, traveler acknowledges that All Seasons Sports Travel often pays a premium to obtain tickets to events and that All Seasons Sports Travel accesses tickets from a variety of sources that may or may not include the official tickets sales channel and secondary ticket market sources.  Traveler hereby gives permission to All Seasons Sports Travel to use its best judgment and experience and all available ticket sources to provide the tickets purchased with the travel package.

DISABILITY & SPECIAL NEEDS: All Seasons Sports Travel makes every effort to contract with providers of lodging, transportation and entertainment which fully comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you have special travel or accommodation needs, you must notify All Seasons Sports Travel in writing as to the nature of any special accommodations or needs you may require. Neither All Seasons Sports Travel nor any of the providers of transportation, lodging or entertainment can ensure special accommodations without advance notice. Passengers requiring special assistance, including without limitation those who permanently or periodically use a wheelchair, must be accompanied by someone who is fit and able to assist them, and who will be completely responsible for providing all required assistance. The right is reserved to decline to accept or to retain any person as a member of this trip who, in the opinion of All Seasons Sports Travel, is unfit for travel or whose physical or mental condition may constitute a danger to themselves or to others on the trip.
